Georgiana is an experienced Chartered Legal Executive Litigator (Criminal Litigation) specialising in criminal appeals and general crime. She has developed a strong appeal practice over several years, acting in appeals against conviction and sentence, as well as applications to the Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC). She represents clients in both legally aided and privately funded matters.

Alongside her appeal practice, Georgiana represents clients in Crown Court proceedings involving a broad range of serious criminal offences. She holds Criminal Litigation Practice Rights and is committed to providing thorough and effective representation at every stage of proceedings.
