Tejal-Roma Williams

Criminal defence solicitor-advocate with over 14 years’ experience in both defence and prosecution, Tejal-Roma Williams specialises in serious and complex criminal cases. She began her career at Hodge Jones & Allen and later joined the CPS as a Senior Crown Prosecutor and advised on major investigations within SEOCID, including cases involving serious organised crime and economic offences. Tejal is co-founder of the Innocence & IPP Appeals Service at The City Law School, which investigates miscarriages of justice and indeterminate sentences through a trauma-informed, anti-racist lens. She sits on the advisory boards of Court Watch London and the Centre for Justice Reform.
